Alkhami is a youth and community development company, where we specialise in working with hard to reach groups and communities.

Since 2005 we have worked with many organisations; including Birmingham City Council, Solihull and Walsall Youth Services, Walsall Housing Group, Sandwell Homes, Pertemps, numerous schools, and third sector organisations across the West Midlands to help them develop their services and strategies for engaging with hard to reach groups and communities.

If you have ever run a training programme, workshops, or sought to deliver a service where you have found it difficult to engage your target group or community, then we can help!

We have developed a process that enables you to effectively reach your target groups, helping you to develop your strategies, products and services so your target groups can engage with your services saving you time, money and resources. 

Alkhami uses arts, sports and other activities to engage, we also offer a number of creative arts, sports and educational workshops for children and young people including dance, drama, crafts, and music etc. see our workshops page. We also deliver a number of programmes and training based on a arnge of issues such as gangs, anti-social behaviour, peer education, employability, business and career coaching, see our training and programmes page for a list of services.
